Recount Writing

I was learning to write a recount. I can write about where we went. It was tricky to write a recount as I found it hard to say what I wanted to say in English.

Alphabet Letter Sounds

I was learning to know the alphabet letter names. I can recognise lowercase letters and capital letters. I was easy because I know my letter sounds and names.

Telling time

I was learning to tell the time.  I can read the long hand.  It was easy because I knew the short hand is the hour hand.

Addictive Addition

I was learning to solve addition problems. I can solve simple addition problems. It was tricky because I need to practise my basic facts more.

Alphabet Letters

I was learning to know my alphabet letters and make their Sounds. I can say a word that starts with the letter. It was easy because I knew what the pictures were.

Word Mania

I was learning to make words using different letters. I can make lots of words using the letter provided. It was because the letters I needed to make the words I wanted were not available.

Contractions

I was learning to make contractions.I can make two longer words into one shorter word.it was easy because the new word had parts of the two words in it.

Bonds to 10

I was learning about bonds to 10. I can add two different numbers make 10. It was easy because I have been practising adding to 10.

Punctuation marks

I was learning to notice and identify the punctuation marks while reading. I know and can explain what the punctuation means. It was tricky because I kept getting confused with which punctuation mark was which.

Road Safety

I was learning to skip count in 2`s and 5`s. I learnt how to skip count in2`s and 5`s It was easy to skip count in 2`s because I have learnt this before.
